Seegene introduces female disease testing product at the largest gynecology-related congress in the Middle East

Seegene participated in the Dubai Obstetrics and Gynecology Exhibition and Congress (OBS-GYNE), which was held from March 29 to 31, 2015.
OBS-GYNE is the largest women’s health congress in the Middle East and is constantly changing to meet the demands of the rapidly-changing Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and other Middle Eastern markets. Ever since the first congress in 2009, over 30 gynecology-related companies from over 20 countries, including the UAE, U.S., Germany, and Ireland, have participated in the event each year.

Through its booth, Seegene introduced a variety of women’s health-related molecular diagnostic multiplex testing products, including the Anyplex™ II HPV28 and HPV HR (tests for HPV, the cause of cervical cancer and genital warts) and sexually transmitted disease products. Throughout the duration of the expo, Seegene’s booth was highly popular with visitors.

By participating in this event, Seegene secured potential clients and market data from the GCC area and several countries in the Middle East. It was also a good opportunity for Seegene to expand its promotion of the importance of multiplex molecular diagnostics.
