In early February, Seegene hired 40 new employees, the largest number it has hired at once since its foundation.

These hires were for positions in various departments across the company, including positions in the International Development Department due to the expansion of overseas markets, and positions in the Customer Service Department.

With this hiring session, Seegene greatly reinforced the new employee training programs and extended the training period compared to previous years. The company prepared actual work-oriented programs so that new employees can familiarize themselves with basic work processes such as document creation and business reporting, and quickly understand the various aspects of each department.
