On June 28, 2016, Seegene received the South Korea In-Vitro Diagnostics Company of the Year Award at the 2016 Frost & Sullivan South Korea Excellence Awards, hosted by the global consulting company Frost & Sullivan. It was the second consecutive year in which the company received an award in the in-vitro diagnostics category.
The Frost & Sullivan South Korea Excellence Awards recognizes companies working in various industries in the global market for their outstanding accomplishments in technological innovation, customer service, and strategic development. Seegene was selected as an award winner this year for its outstanding evaluation scores in In-Vitro Diagnostics field, including its innovative products using their unique Multiplex Molecular Diagnostics(MDx) technologies (DPOTM, TOCETM and MuDTTM), success in entering the global market, and development of software that strengthened its customer service.
A Seegene spokesperson said, “By enhancing our product development capabilities and expanding our portfolio of molecular diagnostic products which can be applied in a single diagnostic platform based on Seegene’s multiplex MDx technologies, Seegene will maintain its leadership in molecular diagnostics.”
