Seegene participates in Save the Children’s ’Knit One Save One’ Campaign

The Seegene family recently spread the love participating in the ‘Knit One Save One’ Campaign by Save the Children. While this is the 6th season of the Save the Children Campaign, it is also Seegene’s third consecutive year participating.
The finished hats were delivered to newborns in countries like Cote D’Ivoire, Tadzhikistan, and Uzbekistan.
The employees of Seegene said that, “There were a lot of workers that never knitted before, but everyone was happy to participate and learn how to knit as well as save a newborn baby.” They also added that, “Everyone put a lot of effort into these hats, and hopes that they will successfully be delivered to places in need to help save a life”
The ‘Knit One Save One’ Campaign was launched by Save the Children with the initiative to save the infants dying of hypothermia in developing countries by knitting hats and sending them to the organization’s overseas establishment.
