STI Essential Assay

Simultaneous detection and identification of 7 STI pathogens using real-time PCR

Allplex™ STI Essential Assay is a multiplex real-time PCR assay to simultaneously detect 7 pathogens causing sexually transmitted infections. Based on Seegene’s proprietary MuDT™ technology, this assay detects and identifies multiple target pathogens in a single reaction, and reports individual Ct value of multiple pathogens in a single channel.

Multiple Ct value in a single channel

The result represents co-infection of UU and CT in FAM and Cal Red 610 channel with Ct values of 34.37 (Graph 1) and 33.08 (Graph 2), respectively.
