Simultaneous detection and identification of 7 candidia spp. causing candidiasis using real-time PCR

Allplex™ Candidiasis Assay is a multiplex real-time PCR assay to simultaneously detect and identify 7 candida spp. causing Candidiasis a single tube. Based on Seegene’s proprietary MuDT™ technology, this assay detects and identifies multiple target pathogens in a single reaction, and reports individual Ct value of multiple pathogens in a single channel.

Result

Multiple Ct value in a single channel

The result represents co-infection of C. dubliniensis (CD) and C. albicans (CA) in HEX and Cal Red 610 channel with Ct values of 27.22 (Graph 1) and 25.52 (Graph 2), respectively.
