The 27^th International Distributors Workshop was held at Seegene Headquarters from July 22 in order to provide intensive training programs for products and the automation system.

7 recently joined technology and service specialists from Southeast Asia have participated in this training and Seegene provided an opportunity for them to take parts of discussion on  Seegene’s proprietary DPO primer & its great features, technology applied products and experiments, which participants could able to directly compare test results between DPO technology applied products and other competitors’ products. Also, while taking a tour of Seegene headquarters and having a dinner together on the second day of the training, ties between Seegene and new distributors definitely get strengthened.

Training participants Christine quoted “knowing about Seegene’s differentiated proprietary technology and outstanding products made me excited so much that this training session went by very quickly”. She also continued “I would definitely like to come back to Seegene headquarters and participate in the training again if I have a chance”.

In addition, for intensive training of Caliper LabChio DX®, the automatic result analysis system for Seeplex® products, two engineers has been sent from Caliper LifeSciences to Seegene headquarters. Sean from Caliper LifeSciences said “Collaboration with LabChip DX® and Seegene’s simultaneous multiplex PCR seem to be the best. Together, it provides an excellent compatibility and guarantees high throughput in a short amount of time.  

On following August 22^nd, a workshop is scheduled at Seegene’s European branch office in German for recently joined distributors regarding a newly developed technology called TOCE. Many of distributors showed great interests and attentions on Seegene’s real time products which will be developed and released in near future. 

On the other hand, the training facilities in Seegene headquarters has been remodeled and expanded for substantial and efficient environment. It was designated to provide trainees not only a theoretical training by using variety of mediums, but also go through all instrumentations, including electrophoresis and Real-time PCR instrument.
