Campaign pursuit: Collaboration campaign for molecular diagnostic system
Seegene is pushing ahead with collaboration campaigns for the development of molecular diagnostic systems with institutes or clinical centers which have samples based on the DPOTM multiplex PCR method.
Generally, the Multiplex PCR can analyze samples using even their small amounts, and examine a large quantity of samples at a time, thus making it cheap and quick. However, it is not widely used in actuality because of its confidence problems such as recurrence and false positive.
Seegene has developed DPOTM primer technologies with high accuracy, thus overcoming the confidence problems of Multiplex PCR, and is reaping a great deal of effective results in diverse molecular diagnostic researches (e.g. Multiple pathogen detection, multiple genotyping, multiple SNP detection, Multiple genetic disorder detection).
Thus, Seegene is conducting collaboration campaigns for molecular diagnostic system development, and is currently receiving requests from research institutes of domestic and overseas universities and hospitals for molecular diagnostic system development not only for human beings, but also for the whole organisms such as animals, plants and fisheries.
