MPXV/OPXV Assay (RUO)
Monkeypox is an acute zoonotic infection disease caused by the monkeypox virus (MPXV).
The disease is mainly transmitted by animals, but it can also be transmitted from person to person through physical contact body fluids, or even contaminated objects, showing symptoms such as fever, severe headache, and muscle pain. PCR test is known as the gold standard to accurately detect MPXV, so it can be used effectively to prevent the rapid spread of the virus.

Novaplex™ MPXV/OPXV Assay (RUO) is a real-time PCR product that accurately detects Monkeypox virus (MPXV) clades I and II and non-variola Orthopoxvirus (OPXV) specifically with a single test. This product can be used with an automation system for convenient workflow, and it can be used as a confirmation test for MPXV infection.
