One tube, primary screening for SARS-CoV-2, influenza A, influenza B and RSV A/B

Allplex™ SARS-CoV-2/Flu A/Flu B/RSV Assay is a multiplex real-time PCR assay designed to detect N gene, RdRP gene and S gene for SARS-CoV-2, influenza A, influenza B and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) A/B in a single tube. The assay is applied on Seegene’s integrated All-in-One automated platform which enables high-throughput testing.

Result

Multiple Ct value in a single channel

The result represents the positive result for S gene, RdRP gene and N gene of SARS-CoV-2 in FAM, HEX, and Cal Red 610 channel and Flu A in Cal Red 610 channel, respectively.
