Allplex™
MTB/MDRe Detection

Simultaneous detection of MTB and 25 mutations associated with MDR-TB

Allplex™ MTB/MDRe Detection is a multiplex real-time PCR assay that detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) with Ct value and identify 25 mutations associated with MDR-TB simultaneously. Based on Seegene's proprietary DPO™ and TOCE™ technology, this assay allows providing prompt diagnosis and appropriate treatment guideline for tuberculosis control.

Key Features and Benefits

  • DNA extraction solution

Reagent for DNA Detection is provided, purchase of DNA extraction kit is unnecessary[1]

  • Wild-type Control

Result

Multiple Ct value in a single channel

The result represents detection of MTB with Isoniazid-Resistance in FAM and CalRed 610 channel. The ct value of MTB is 33.83

[2] The WTC is designed to be exhibited the same result pattern with drug-susceptible M. tuberculosis sample. The WTC reaction should be always performed in each testing run, and the drug-resistant result of unknown samples is analyzed on the basis of the result of WTC.
