Allplex™ MG & MoxiR Assay is a multiplex Real-time PCR assay that detects and identifies M. genitalium and 6 mutations in parC gene related moxifloxacin resistance. Based on Seegene’s proprietary MuDT™ Technology, this assay enables to check MG infection and moxifloxacin resistance in a single test and reports individual Ct values of each pathogen in a single channel without melting curve analysis.
