Allplex™ MG & AziR Assay is a multiplex Real-time PCR assay that detects and identifies M. genitalium and 6 mutations causing azithromycin resistance. Based on Seegene’s proprietary MuDT™ Technology, this assay enables to check MG infection and azithromycin resistance in a single test and reports multiple Ct values of each pathogen in a single channel without melting curve analysis.
Quickly appropriate patients treatment could be provided by accurate identification
Simultaneous detection and identification of MG and 6 mutations responsible for azithromycin resistance
Short TAT (3.5 hours) from extraction to the final results
Whole process validation from extraction to PCR by whole process control
Detection and identification of mutations associated antibiotic resistance for appropriate infection control
Convenient workflow using Seegene’s automated one platform
Automated data interpretation and LIS interlocking with Seegene Viewer
Utilization of the UDG system to prevent carry-over contamination
Individual Ct value of multiple analytes in a single channel of real-time PCR instrument (MuDT™ Technology)
Quick and proper treatment provided by accurate test results
Multiple Ct value in a single channel
The result represents detection of MG with A2059G mutation in Quasar670 and Cal Red 610 channels with Ct values of 30.46 (Graph 2) and 33.57 (Graph 2), respectively.
