Allplex™
GI-Bacteria(II) Assay

Comprehensive assay for the detection and identification of 6 bacteria causing gastrointestinal tract infections using real-time PCR

Allplex™ Bacteria(II) Assay is a multiplex real-time PCR assay that detects Hypervirulent Clostridium difficile and E. Coil with typing in gastrointestinal tract infection. Based on Seegene’s proprietary MuDT™ technology, this assay reports multiple Ct values of each pathogen in a single channel using real-time PCR instrument.
