Allplex™ H. pylori & ClariR Assay is a multiplex real-time PCR assay that detects and identifies H. pylori and the most frequent point mutations (A2142G, A2143G and A2142C) responsible for clarithromycin resistance within the H. pylori 23S rRNA gene. (Based on seegene's proprietary MuDT™ technology this assay reports multiple Ct values of each pathogen in a single channel without melting curve analysis.)
Quickly appropriate patients treatment could be provided by accurate identification
Simultaneous detection and identification of H. pylori and major mutations (A2142G, A2143G, A2142C) responsible for clarithromycin resistance
Short TAT (4 hours) from extraction to the final results
Automated data interpretation and LIS interlocking with Seegene Viewer
Utilization of the UDG system to prevent carry-over contamination
Individual Ct value of multiple analytes in a single channel of real-time PCR instrument (MuDT™ Technology)
Quick and proper treatment provided by accurate test results
Whole process validation from extraction to PCR by whole process control
Convenient workflow using Seegene’s automated one platform
Multiple Ct value in a single channel
The result represents the detection of H. pylori and A2143G in FAM and HEX channel with Ct values of 29.83 and 28.91, respectively.
