Allplex™ GI-Bacteria(I) Assay is a multiplex real-time PCR assay that detects and identifies 7 causative bacterial pathogens in gastrointestinal tract infection. The result using Allplex™ GI-Bacteria(I) Assay shows the co-infection of Campylobacter spp. with Ct values of 29.99 (Graph 2) in FAM channel and Aeromonas spp. with Ct values of 43.52 (Graph 1) in Quasar 670 channel, respectively.
