Once testing begins, the software displays information such as current operation, progress of each step, and estimated completion time in real time. This allows users to fully understand the status of the equipment and effectively manage the entire workflow.
Protocols Optimized for Seegene Reagents
Optimized protocols for all Seegene multiplex diagnostic assays are pre-loaded in the software. Users can start testing immediately by selecting the desired reagent protocol without the need to manually program complex pipetting steps.
Reliability and Data Traceability
It recognizes sample IDs automatically through barcode scanner integration and can import worklists via LIS (Laboratory Information System) integration. All processes are recorded in detailed log files and reports, allowing for root cause analysis in case of issues and use as Quality Control (QC) data.
