Simultaneous detection of gram + and gram - drug resistance genes using real-time PCR

Allplex™ Entero-DR Assay is a multiplex reaction PCR assay that detects and indentifies gram positive and gram negative 8 antibiotic resistance genes simultaneously. (Based on seegene's proprietary MuDT™ technology this assay reports multiple Ct values of each pathogen in a single channel without melting curve analysis.)
