Allplex™ Respiratory Panel Assays is a multiplex one-step real-time RT-PCR assay to detect and identify 26 causative pathogens in respiratory tract infections including 16 viruses, 3 Flu A subtypes and 7 bacteria. Based on Seegene’s proprietary MuDT™ technology, this assay reports the individual Ct value of each pathogen in a single channel on real-time PCR instrument. Result

The result represents co-infection of Streptococcus pneumoniae (SP) and Legionella pneumophila (LP) in FAM channel with Ct values of 27.52 (Graph 1) and 27.14 (Graph 2), respectively.
