RV15 OneStep ACE Detection

Simultaneous detection of 15 major respiratory viruses using multiplex one-step RT-PCR

Seeplex® RV15 OneStep ACE Detection is a multiple one-step RT-PCR assay to detect and differentiate 15 major viruses in respiratory tract infection from clinical specimens such as nasopharyngeal aspirates, nasopharyngeal swab and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL).

Key Features and Benefits

  • One-step reaction

cDNA synthesis and multiplex PCR in one-step reaction

  • Multiplex PCR

Simultaneous detection of 15 major respiratory viruses

  • Powerful performance with unique technology
