Anyplex™ BRAF V600E Real-time Detection is designed to detect BRAF mutation (V600E) characteristic of papillary thyroid carcinoma from samples of thyroid tissue, fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB), H&E slides and paraffin-embedded tissues. Based on Seegene’s proprietary DPO™ technologies, this assay performs on real-time PCR instrument and detection limits of 1% BRAF gene mutation within 2 hours after extraction.
