BRAF V600E Real-time Detection

Detection of BRAF V600E mutation using real-time PCR

Anyplex™ BRAF V600E Real-time Detection is designed to detect BRAF mutation (V600E) characteristic of papillary thyroid carcinoma from samples of thyroid tissue, fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB), H&E slides and paraffin-embedded tissues. Based on Seegene’s proprietary DPO™ technologies, this assay performs on real-time PCR instrument and detection limits of 1% BRAF gene mutation within 2 hours after extraction.



The results show positive results for BRAF V600E using the CFX96 real-time PCR instrument.
