Uses ACPTM-based screening method which substantially
improves the specificity and sensitivity of PCR and
eliminates the false positives and poor reproducibility of
previous DEG discovery methods. As a result,
it is now recognized as a significant new tool of
gene discovery.

The validity of GeneFishing technology using ACPTM
has been accepted and licensed to Sigma-Aldrich Co.
in March 2004 for the first time in Korea.

This service uses a DPOTM-based multiplex
RT-PCR method that maximizes the specificity, sensitivity,
accuracy, and reproducibility of PCR and permits high
throughput screening of gene expression simultaneously.

We created a number of preset gene groups that can be
analyzed by multiplex RT-PCR. Therefore, clients do not
need to design primers and optimize the PCR conditions.

In addition, we also provide customized gene groups
that researchers can request for their specific research
purposes as well as more specialized gene groups
that are selected on the basis of their involvement
in particular pathways or diseases.

Uses Seegene's innovative ACPTM and highly specific and
sensitive DPOTM technology.

The service allows unknown sequences upstream or
downstream of a known sequence to be detected without
laborious steps such as restriction enzyme digestion,
adaptor ligation, and purification procedures.

In particular, since the DNA Walking service uses
Seegene's new technologies, it provides only reliable data.
