Many of the recently developed diagnostic methods employ PCR methods. Among them, Seegene's Respiratory Virus Detection is outstanding in terms of sensitivity and specificity by applying DPO™ technology and accurately detects 15 multiple respiratory viruses by Multiplex PCR.
A. Simultaneous detection of 15 major respiratory viruses
B. Multiplex PCR with high sensitivity and specificity by applying DPO™ (Dual Priming Oligonucleotide) technology
  DPO™-based primers contain two priming parts so that only target gene is specifically amplified.
C. Applicable for Auto-detection instruments
  In addition to Agarose gel electrophoresis, application of Auto-detection system provides easy and convenient results read-out.
D. Accurate system for interpretation of results
  Internal Control and Positive Control are included in product.
E. Contamination Prevention System
  One-time PCR reduces the carryover contamination risk, and 8-MOP, which is included in product, eliminates the contamination risk from PCR.
