The CapFishing™ Full-length cDNA isolation Kit
is an ideal to exclusively generate full-length cDNAs
in a rapid and efficient way by using the CapFishing™
adaptor and the oligo dT-adaptor.

The full length cDNA isolation service provides full length cDNA sequence data in a rapid and efficient way by using only RT-PCR with the ACP™ based CapFishing™ adaptor. This is a simple and rapid technique that does not require complicated enzymatic reactions, such as tailing, adaptor ligation, CIP pre-treatment, or second-strand cDNA synthesis.

This service is ideal for the study of gene expression in specific tissues and at specific developmental stages, and also allows the cloning of genes belonging to muti-gene family.
