SeeAmpTM Taq Plus Master
Mix is a pre-optimized,
ready-to-use 2X Master Mix to which users can simply add dH2O,
template and primers only.
The Taq Plus DNA Polymerase supplied in this
product is a combination of
two thermostable DNA polymerases. The use of taq-based thermal
DNA polymerase considerably increases the fidelity and length
of the amplified DNA fragment,
while retaining the DNA polymerization power
of Taq DNA polymerase.
The amplified DNA fragments are a mixture of blunt-ended fragments
and fragments with an overhang at 3'-ends. 2X Master Mix contains
tracking dye and precipitant for agarose
gel electrophoresis,
eliminating the need for a separate loading buffer.
