SeeAmpTM ACPTM Master Mixes are pre-optimized,
ready-to-use 2X Master Mixes to which users can simply add dH2O,
template and primers only.
2X Master Mixes considerably reduce time and effort involved
in handling of numerous samples. In addition, the Master Mixes
eliminate artifacts and contamination arising from pipetting,
which in turn increases the reproducibility of experimental data.
2X Master Mixes contain tracking dye and precipitant for agarose
gel electrophoresis, eliminating the needs for a separate loading
buffer.
