Seegene's 1 kb DNA Ladder comprises 11 DNA fragments ranging in size
from 0.5~10 kb. The 1 kb DNA Ladder provides the most complete and convenient
DNA size marker in 1 kb DNA Ladder/marker family. It is supplied in ready-to-use
format (in 1X loading buffer)
Each loading will yield a minimum of 30 ng DNA per band.
The intensity of certain bands, such as the 3 kb band, has been
deliberately increased to indicate the orientation within the band pattern.
