What is Seeplex¢ç System?

Seeplex¢ç is a breakthrough multiplexing PCR technology that enables a new standard in simultaneous multi-pathogen detection.
Seegene applies its novel and proprietary Seeplex¢ç system utilizing "DPO¢â (Dual Priming Oligo)" to create multi- pathogen tests delivering maximum specificity, reproducibility and sensitivity. Seeplex¢ç can be applied to broad range of molecular diagnostics area including human, animal, plant, and microorganism.

"Multi-pathogen Detection at Once"

Auto-detection Seeplex¢ç System

Seeplex¢ç works in combination with automatic detection systems such as Capillary
Electrophoresis and delivers a benchmark in testing maximum accuracy, efficiency and
cost-effectiveness.

Key features of Seeplex¢ç System

- High specificity
DPO¢â primers employed in the Seeplex system generates dramatically improved
specificity without any false product.

- High Sensitivity
A small amount of pathogen can be detected within a short period of time (about 4
hours). Sensitivity of Seeplex PCR is equal to the one of single PCR.

- Multiple Detection
Multiplex PCR system which simultaneously detects more than one disease marker
allows economical and rapid identification

- Internal Control
Internal control embedded in the product prevents misjudgments possibly arising
erroneous PCR test.

- DPO¢â-specific DNA Polymerase
DPO¢â-specific DNA Polymerase used in the product was optimized for the specificity
and sensitivity of DPO-based multiplex PCR reaction.

- Amplicon Size Marker
A marker, comprising bands with a size equal to the output of PCR, makes it easer to
analyze the result.
