Seeplex¢ç RV12 ACE Detection
In Vitro Diagnostics Use
Simultaneously detecting 12 major respiratory viruses.
|
The Seeplex¢ç RV12 ACE Detection for auto-capillary
electrophoresis is designed to detect 12 major
respiratory
viruses, 11 respiratory RNA viruses and 1 DNA virus, from
patients' samples including nasopharyngeal aspirates,
nasopharyngeal swabs and
bronchoalveolar lavage.
The conventional methods (culture and IFA, etc.) to detect
respiratory viruses takes several days or do not have enough
sensitivity. Therefore, many of the recently developed diagnostic
methods employ PCR methods. Among them, Seegene's
Respiratory Virus Detection is outstanding in terms of sensitivity
and specificity by applying DPOTM technology and detects the
largest numbers of respiratory viruses. |

easy interpretation using ScreenTape¢ç System)
Features
- Simultaneous detection of 12 prevalent respiratory viruses
( 11 respiratory RNA viruses & 1 DNA virus)
- Multiplex RT-PCR with high sensitivity and specificity by applying DPO¢â
(Dual Priming Oligonucleotide) technology
DPO¢â (NET* approved) based primers contain two priming parts so that only target gene
is specifically amplified.
*NET (New Excellent Technology) is approved Korea Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology.
- Applicable for Auto-capillary Electrophoresis device
PCR amplicons are separated and analyzed automatically; consequently, rapid and easy
interpretation of the results is made possible.
- Contamination Prevention System
One-time PCR reduces the carryover contamination risk, and 8-MOP, which is included in
each set of products, eliminates the contamination risk from PCR.
- Accurate system for interpretation of results
Internal control and positive control are included in each set of products.

* Storage:
Short term storage : 4¡É
Long term storage : -20¡É
In case of the 2X Multiplex Master Mix, 4 ¡É for short-term storage and -20¡É for long-term
storage are recommended. Avoid repetitive thawing/freezing as it may decrease the activity
of the Master Mix.
