Seeplex® RV15 OneStep ACE Detection is a multiple one-step RT-PCR assay to detect and differentiate 15 major viruses in respiratory tract infection from clinical specimens such as nasopharyngeal aspirates, nasopharyngeal swab and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL).
