Detection of 6 major pneumonia bacteria based on multiplex PCR technology

Seeplex® PneumoBacter ACE Detection is simultaneously detect 6 pneumonia bacteria from sputum, nasopharyngeal aspirates, nasopharyngeal swab and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL). This multiplex PCR assay detects major bacterial pathogens that cause pneumonia with sensitivity and specificity based on DPO™ technology.
