Allplex™ STI Essential Assay Q(MH,UU) is a multiplex real-time PCR assay to simultaneously detect 7 pathogens causing sexually transmitted infections. Based on Seegene’s proprietary MuDT™ Technology, this assay reports multiple Ct value or quantitative result of each pathogen in a single channel. The quantitative result of Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum helps effective management of STIs.

Simultaneous detection of 7 pathogens causing sexually transmitted infections

Providing quantitative information for 2 major bacteria

Utilization of the UDG system to prevent carry-over contamination

Automated data interpretation and LIS interlocking with Seegene Viewer

Quick and proper treatment provided by accurate test results

Convenient workflow using Seegene’s automated one platform

Whole process validation from extraction to PCR by whole process control

Assistant of appropriate treatment and management for co-infection

Multiplex real-time PCR with high sensitivity and specificity by utilization of DPO™ and TOCE™ technologies

Individual Ct value of multiple analytes in a single channel of real-time PCR instrument (MuDT™ Technology)
Multiple Ct value in a single channel
The result represents the co-infection of UU, MH and UP in FAM, HEX and Cal Red 610 channels. In addition it provides quantitative result of UU (100.25copies/μL) and MH (103.09copies/μL) and Ct value of UP (27.72), respectively.
