Result
Multiple Ct value in a single channel
The result represents detection of MP and BP in Cal Red 610 channel with Ct values of 35.96 (Graph 1) and 36.89 (Graph 2), respectively. It is also represent the detection of LP with Ct value of 36.79 (Graph 2) in FAM channel.
