Simultaneous detection and identification of 7 respiratory bacteria associated with pneumonia using real-time PCR

Allplex™ PneumoBacter Assay is a multiplex real-time PCR assay to detect and identify 7 respiratory bacteria associated with pneumonia. Based on Seegene's proprietary MuDT™ technology, this assay reports multiple Ct values of each pathogen in a single channel.

Result

Multiple Ct value in a single channel

The result represents detection of MP and BP in Cal Red 610 channel with Ct values of 35.96 (Graph 1) and 36.89 (Graph 2), respectively. It is also represent the detection of LP with Ct value of 36.79 (Graph 2) in FAM channel.
